Disclosed is an assembled energy-saving phase transition cold storage and insulation carriage, wherein an insulation layer is filled in interlayer around a cuboid-shaped carriage body and in a carriage door; four pairs of angle steels are installed equidistantly along a length of the carriage body on a lower part of the insulation layer on a ceiling of the cuboid-shaped carriage body to form four of ceiling slots, a bottom of an end face, on an end near the carriage door, of each of the four pairs of angle steels is provided with a plug slot, a baffle is provided between adjacent plug slots, and a plug is placed in the plug slot, the cold storage plate can be inserted into the ceiling slot in a suspending manner and a horizontal manner. In the invention, an insertion manner and a size of the cold storage plate inserted in the ceiling slot can be flexibly adjusted according to a required cooling capacity, the entire cold storage carriage is an insulation unit, the cold storage plate is placed at the ceiling of an insulation vehicle, the insulation vehicle has a top-to-bottom cooling flow and an uniform cooling flow transmission, the cold storage in the carriage can be controlled by flexibly controlling the size and insertion manner of the cold storage plate. The invention has a simple structure, flexible assembly, strong adjustability and is convenient in use.
