PURPOSE: To produce a latent heat storage material improved in processability and workability, for example, in mounting by providing a portion wherein the amount of a changeable phase material to be impregnated is small or zero, in part of a material produced from a polyolefin which is swelled with the changeable phase material. CONSTITUTION: The title material is produced by providing a portion (3), wherein the amount of a changeable phase material to be impregnated is small or zero, in part of a material produced from a polyolefin which is swelled with the changeable phase material (12) (e.g. n-paraffin).
