PURPOSE: To obtain the titled compsn. exhibiting a low phase transition temp., having a large latent heat and capable of readily and freely regulating the phase transition temp., by blending K2HPO4.6H2O with an m.p. regulator comprising KH2PO4 and/or CaHPO42H2O.
