The present invention discloses a microcapsule with phase transition temperature as well as its
preparation method and application, belonging to the material technology. It further includes
core material of phase-change material (PCM) and wall material that wraps the core material.
Taking PCM paraffin as the core material, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and hexamethylene
diamine as the wall material and hydrolyzate of synthetic copolymer styrene-maleic anhydride
(SMH) as the emulsifier, the present invention adopts in-situ polymerization technology to coat
PCM inside the microcapsule to prepare microcapsule with property of phase transition
temperature. Then the influence of experimental parameters on the synthesis of microcapsule
is studied through orthogonal experiments so as to determine the final synthesis process of
microcapsule. The specific technical indexes are that the average particle diameter of
temperature-regulating microcapsule is about 1 pm, and the phase transition temperature is 34
39'C. The technical indexes of the phase-change temperature-regulating fibre of the invention
are as follows: the average breaking strength of the viscose-based microcapsule phase-change
temperature-regulating fibre is 18.97cN/tex, and the average breaking elongation is 1 3 .1%.
