Verfahren zur Herstellung von Latentwärmespeicherzellen

The patent concerns the manufacture of latent heat storage cells for cars. Such a cell has a double-walled shell, the side walls being joined by radiused sections with end walls soldered to the edges of the side walls with a U-shaped cross-section, open-mouthed towards the outside. The shell is prefabricated as a closed item. Within the cup of the end walls is a metallic buffer contact. The side walls are joined to the end walls by "resistance-press soldering". During this soldering, the two press rollers are joined to a current source.
