Capsule comprising phase change material, assembly, thermal buffer, and method

The present invention relates to a capsule, adapted to be arranged in a buffer or vessel and for selective heat storage in and/or selective heat release from the capsule. The capsule comprises a core, comprising a phase change material, and an encapsulating watertight skin arranged around the core, wherein the phase change material of the core is, in dry conditions and without the skin, at least temporarily form-retaining. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an assembly of at least two capsules and a method of forming a capsule, comprising the forming of a core of phase changing material, and arranging an encapsulating watertight skin arranged around the core, wherein forming the core comprises processing the phase change material to be at least temporarily form-retaining in dry conditions and without the skin.
