PURPOSE: To prepare a heat storing material compsn. having a m.p. suited for air conditioning of houses and the growth of plants, by combining disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate with mono-, di- or tripotassium or ammonium phosphate. CONSTITUTION: This heat storing material compsn. is prepared by mixing Na2 HPO4.12H2O (A) either with at least one member (B) selected from among KH2PO4, K3HPO4 or with NH4H2PO4 (C). The m.p. of the compsn. can freely be changed within the range of about 15W35°C by changing the ratio of component (B) or (C) to component (A).
